How does the per-user pricing work?
Each user who needs to access the AI Merchant platform requires a license. As your team grows, you automatically qualify for lower per-user rates - £124.95 for 1-5 users, £94.95 for 6-10 users, and £74.95 for 11+ users. All users on your account benefit from the same tier pricing.
What's included in the setup fee?
The £250 per-user setup fee covers personalised onboarding, data migration assistance, initial training sessions, system configuration, and integration setup. This is a one-time fee that ensures you get maximum value from day one.
Can I add more users later?
Absolutely! You can add users at any time. If adding users moves you to a higher volume tier, we'll automatically apply the lower per-user rate to all users on your account from the next billing cycle.
What integrations are included?
All plans include WordPress/WooCommerce integration, Xero accounting sync, and our logistics/route optimisation features. Higher tiers unlock more advanced integration features like multi-store sync, API access, and custom webhooks.
